At Black Girls Gather, our strength lies in the passion, vision, and lived experiences of the women who lead this work. Our team is made up of dedicated changemakers committed to creating spaces where Black girls and women feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
We bring together diverse backgrounds across community leadership, education, advocacy, and creative expression—united by a shared purpose: to uplift, connect, and celebrate Black girls and their allies.
Each member of our team plays a vital role in shaping programs, fostering community, and driving our mission forward. Whether behind the scenes or at the forefront of our events, we are guided by a deep commitment to equity, representation, and collective care.
Together, we are building more than an organization—we are nurturing a community grounded in belonging, leadership, and possibility.
