Black Girls Gather equips Black women graduates and entrepreneurs with the tools, strategies, and networks necessary to realize their full potential. Through skill development, mentorship, and community connection, we support participants in strengthening their economic mobility, leadership capacity, and entrepreneurial success. We are committed to fostering agency, ensuring that Black women are empowered to define, pursue, and sustain their own pathways to achievement.

Graduate to Employment Program

Black Girls Gather’s Graduate to Employment Program is a four-month program that matches Black women graduates with mentors in Atlantic Canada.
